  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email must be provided for returns.

2. How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the return package.
  4. Shipping the Return: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
  • Exchanges: If you would prefer an exchange for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to confirm availability. We will process the exchange once the returned item is received.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
